Yeah, those cookies are off the chain. Perfect with a cup of tea, or glass of milk or whatever. Traditionally, they are sprinkled with a certain kind of sugar at the end. We tried rolling some of those balls of dough in sugar before putting them in the iron, which only made them cook faster and be more prone to burn. They also got much harder, the ones with sugar, when cooling.
Yeah, actually, I'm a pretty good mix of both my mom and dad. My twin sister looks more like my pop's family, my younger brother more like my mom's. But there are pictures of both of my parents as kids that look like me. Go figure.
