Tomorrow night at 7 p.m., I'm going to be part of a three-man panel, including Will Leitch and Matt Cerrone, discussing Baseball and Blogging at the 92nd Street Y. Actually, the program--moderated by Allen Barra--will be held on the West Side, in the Steinhardt Building, which is at 35 West 67th street. The admission is $12 if you pick up the tickets ahead of time, $15 at the door. For anyone who is in town and interested, we'd love to see you.

Isn't that where Royal stayed after he was kicked out of his hotel room and then his wife's house?

Bronx Banter plus Deadspin...?

If you two teamed up on a website, I'd be fired due to lack of productivity within a week.

Damn I wish I could be there; if anyone happens to record this and turn it into a podcast or something, please let me know.

That's a great panel for NY baseball fans, and I'm sure it will be an interesting discussion -- but tomorrow night at 7pm I'm attending a noisy "Beat The Orioles" symposium at 161st and River Ave. in the Bronx.

I hope your event is well-attended, and perhaps a fellow Banterer will provide a re-cap.

I didn't know Alex had a new post and I just tripped over this via Deadspin. I like what Will wrote at Deadspin:

//If you're lying around New York City tomorrow night and have nothing to do, here's a way to fall asleep. //

It was followed by the link Alex has above.

I believe the folks at the Y are going to podcast the event. I'll let y'all know about that...

Hey, that sounds great - I second Knuckles 2. Until they do fire me, though, I work on the West Side, so I'll definitely try to hop on the 2/3 and make it up there.

I'll keep an eye out for people wearing customized Cashman shirts...

Why am I ALWAYS out of town for these things? Dammit. I gotta plan my schedule better!
