Dear Chien-Ming,
I have really enjoyed watching you pitch over the past few years. I know that you have run into a little bit of trouble recently and I just wanted to let you know that we're still behind you and that we'll be rooting for you tonight. Who cares that ground balls tend to zip through the infield out there in Minnie. Do your thing, Strech.
Sending all my best,
Alex
p.s. Let's Go Yan-Kees!
Bong hits for Wang!!!! Bong hits for Wang!!!!
Let's go Yanks!!!
HR, A-Rod, HR!
Singles are aok, however.
Ok, CMW, time to throw some sinkers at the knees.
Is Ben that good?
Junior with 599.
62 Yeah... early 80's teams I think. The were a bunch of games in (1980?) when our opponants ran circles around us. King George was so pissed he decided to re-build the Yankees on speed. An idiotic idea, but that's how knee-jerk reactional George was.
You can pornify that as you like.
They've got a lot of wood to chop between now and September and a LOT of games with the Yanks and Sawx (not to mention the Jays) ahead of them. IN fact, they're about to hit a road trip at Boston, at Texas and at the Angels. Let's see how they look then.
Isn't this just like the Twinkies, to nibble you to death?
Willie did get cowboys and hippies to sit together
For a while this was a team of Hulk Hogans.
I smell walk off... 3... 2...
from last night? Is Kay pretending his pitched well because he got the next three guys out?
Death.
Pitches 1-25: 115 PA, .274/.330/.453 6 HR
Pitches 26-50: 46, .293/.383/.439 1 HR
So he just seems to walk more hitters as he keeps pitching. Which is true in this inning.
I am very impressed by 'Dorf.
That was no strike one to Abreu.
Jesus, Bobby has been getting some bad calls tonight.
BOBBY!
God, that's beautiful.
By the way, if any of you know what the hell I am talking about, I would be glad to learn the term.
Like clockwork.
c'mon a-rod, make this game hawkins-proof...
Man, what a rocket.

Here comes our Mo.
Here comes Mo.
Whatever, two out.
...Er, nevermind.
WOOHOO!
The defensive replacement!
Wow!
Clockwork!
For those of you without YES. Cano came up behind Abreu who was being interviewed live by Kim Jones and doused him with cold water. Abreu was caught by surprised.
Basically by default.
The point I was making was maybe there should be someone on the bench that is better at fielding the first base positon than Duncan or Betemit.
UPDATE, 8:44 p.m.: It appears Jeff Karstens is headed to the majors. He was lifted after four innings in his start for Scranton tonight (4 6 2 2 2 2).
UPDATE, 10:38 p.m.: Not so fast on Jeff Karstens. Chad Jennings reports that Karstens left the game tonight because he felt tightness in the groin muscle that he popped in spring training.
So the long man on Tuesday will be Dan Giese? Not the K-Man. No, it's can't be.
Well ok if it's Igawa we need to worry.
Yeah, he's good.
Giambi has an OPS+ of 155.
