Mike Mussina has more than exceeded expectations of late but I fear that he's due for a stinker, especially with that awfully short porch in left down in Houston. Who knows? I'd love to be wrong. Here's hoping the Yanks do the cookin' tonight.
Mussina: 5 2/3 IP 3 ER 6 H 1 BB 3 K
Rodriguez: 7 IP 2 ER 4 H 3 BB 5 K
Stros Pen: 2 IP 4 ER 5 H 2 BB 2 K
Yanks Pen: 3 1/3 0 ER 3 H 1 BB 3 K
Good: A Rod 2-4 HR, A-Gon 1-4 3B 2 RBI
Bad: Leroy Brown
Ugly: YO MAMA
Hideki Matsui vs Lefties, 2008:
Is outfield difference that important? In a game where Mike Mussina has to bat?
Guess I have been here too long, but the crowd in Houston looks awful.well...."rotund"?
Lee's was a moon-shot to left. A-Rod's was just over the fence in right, and a fan knocked the left fielder's glove out of the way.
Hey it's a run.
Good, Cecil Cooper pays for his stupidity.
Ken Singleton is a really good announcer, by the way..much better than Cone methinks
God, I love Cecil Cooper.
either way, airline industry full of thieves and scoundrels!
I imagine this is a bit like you:
Anyone know what a barrel of oil cost before the war and what it is now?
Sorry, I shouldn't do that to you.
and sadly i am not so sure about betemit as a lidr
I'm not sure what that means.
I think I'll get a bourbon and soda! Mmmmm.
Well, I'm liking my bourbon and soda, anyway. And my Johnny Damon.
But if Melky gets another RBI walk, it's not a good call. ;-)
